- did this session with Paul at his gym, it was pretty much domination at its finest. It was kind of hilarious that this kid was waiting for our particular bench for at least 20 minutes, but that didn't make us hurry up one bit. There were other benches available this kid was just a tool box :gtfoslap:

^^ Don't know the exact calories or anything but I was working up a pretty descent sweat I'm willing to bet I got at least 400-450 calories total in the 30 minutes of cardio so thats not too bad at all.

Great job all over, especially on the EZ bar curls!

Stairmaster burns a lot of calories. Depending on how hard you took out the elliptical I wouldn't be surprised if you burned more than 500.

This was an excellent session of Chest and Arms. That kid did get dominated by the black kid because he stole his bench... :spy:

And must I mention all the girls as well....

Nice job on the pressdowns, and the incline curls. Those EZ bar curls were a bit hard, but I didnt realize I was curling over 100 :e5dunno:

And the cardio was excellent as well, I did dominate you a little. Overall, great session.

Holy Tricep pressdowns! :hhj: Great Flat Bench as well, lots and lots of sets....Im sure that hurt. Your chest is going to be Gi-normous!!! Pics?? :spy:

Nice drop set on the DB curls too....I seriously hate training biceps now. Glad to see you dont!!

^ I guess you could say were training partners, but not quite yet, we only train together once in awhile. However im getting a membership at his gym next month and then we will be dominating on a daily basis. :xyxthumbs:

Whats happening to your squat? I hope you can still squat 300 for a few good reps. One legged presses look good. This workout better have been intense. That cardio was pretty good to, nice job.

I believe its just you dude, nothing wrong with hitting 4-10 sets of Squats in one session as long as you dont over do the rest of the session.


the abs are coming along, not very defined but you can see them in some good lighting.

about to post my shoulders and back session :ughnoes:

oh and to answer your question FF no I dont do them on a box, but I am in the air on a platform of some kind to get a great stretch

Session was great, lots of intensity, went pretty heavy on Military Press, even dieting everything (excluding my legs) seems to still be getting stronger :weightlifter:
The "up and down the rack" was extremely intense, but felt great. I was thinking about doing another set actually :spy:
100 reps on the chinups was great as well, I did one set super wide but it really bugged my shoulder so no super wide chins.
If I rated my sessions on a Grade Scale this would definetely be an A+, tomorrow all I'm doing is cardio and Saturday I'll be back for some Chest and Arms. Thanks for stopping by :xyxthumbs:
