tonight I did some cardio with Paul, it was pretty much domination

we did about 3 100m sprints, followed by a few 100m walks

then we did either 3 or 4 200m sprints followed by 200m walks as well.

it was a pretty great cardio session even if its only about 15 degrees outside, but as long as there is no snow then its all good.

I'm still at Pauls right now because I'm too lazy to drive home right now :tear:

I should go home shortly, only to fall asleep and enjoy my day off tomorrow, no class and no work :Badger:

Was the seated press on a smith or freeweights? If your going to say freeweights I will be extremely impressed.

Luvly jobby on the chins! I am a lighter bodyweight and yet I can't do so many.

Nice barbell rows too.

Wish I could train with you someday - You'd be a good workout partner cos you train so hard.

My friends train like wimps.

lol i don't know why you do that reverse pec deck...but that flat bench is looking damn good bro. and your chin ups are awesome as allways. the DB skull crushers are superb and those side laterals are what i believe you call "domination".

Dang this whole session was domination. Your shoulder presses were still really good, dont worry about them because you have a good excuse as to why they were weaker then usual.

Chins are also good, i am jealous. And the trap work was pretty much awesome, I know the 135x20 felt great.

We will dominate some more on Sunday when we train Legs. Man its hard training legs with you, lol. Domination.

Good sessions mate, your strength is really showing through now. Keep your good form going, don't get caught up in the weight game. From your vid's your form is good just drive through some more reps. Good Luck buddy.

They actually got a little weaker :tear: I'm so used to bench press all my stabilizer muscles were shaky and every rep was kinda rough lol.
