Finally you've broken the second floor! It's about damn time, you little bitch! Seriously though, great to see you busted out 200, for reps even! As always, the weighted dips are mind-blowing (I can take you in HS dips though :spy: ) and the skull-crushers afterwards, and for PB even, are spectacular.

Also, glad to see your back to the heavy basics on leg day. Both the squats and deads look great and it's big news that your back is holding up okay. As for your calf work: I hate you.

Nagging injuries suck. I know how tempting it is to workout and push yourself because you're not doing as much weight as you're used to, but stay smart like you have been and get healthy!

Its not baout the weight dude! Its about getting the contraction tweaker! Stop worrying about your shoulder worries = Stress = slower healing for your body bro!

JUST LET IT HEAL AND DO WHAT U CAN DO TWEAK!!!!! Session was great reguradless of how u felt bro!

yeah babbbyy that bench is looking excellent! i also did incline dbs after bench and my inclines suffered just as bad as yours :tear: ...but how you managed to PB on skulls after all that pressing is crazy

Pretty great session, 275 is the heaviest I've gone on Squats in quite some time, and I'm going deeper then ever and it feels great.

No deadlifts today as I will only be deadlifting once a week but train Legs twice a week. Just incase anybody cared :e5dunno:

My hammies have gotten pretty strong in the last couple months and its kinda snuck up on me, the entire Lying Leg Curl only goes to 205 so that will soon be another machine I'll be maxxing out, I probably could right now for 4-5 reps actually...but I like keeping the reps higher with hammies.

I havent dropped much weight at all since I stop bulking, I'm at a 198-199 right now so I've only dropped about 3-4 pounds total. I can't wait to drop more weight, get back down in the 180s and still gain strength, that will be excellent. I dont start actually dieting until January though so thats just right around the corner :Badger:

Tomorrow is Shoulders and Back so stay tuned :weightlifter:
