Tweak said:^^^ well, I havent deadlifted seriously in nearly 3 months and my personal best is only 365x1, It's good to see I havent lost nearly any deadlift strength at least although I have no idea how. I shouldn't have gone this heavy but my back is really feeling great, I think the heaviest I'll go next week however is 315 if even that, I might stick with a really low rep scheme with this like 10 sets of 3, still contemplating everything.
