great job Tweak glad that you got to squat and deadlift again. You still got a lot of strength in your deads for sure. Your weight on the leg press was still great since you spent a lot of energy on deads

First of all: Great effort. You workout high volume and heavy weights training with intensity! How does he do it!

nice job reppin out the 90's and 100's. Barbell 21's are a great finisher keep it up

good to see your usually 10 sets of bench again and perhaps it's getting better since you replaced a set of 155 with 165 since last time u did the 10 sets. Great work with the incline db press...although I'd like to see you go a little deeper on some of those reps :shootme: nice work once again on the skullcrushers and how the hell can 260lbs x 8 feel easy?! solid lifts also on the bis mayne

When I'm looking in the mirror it looks like I'm going pretty deep, almost touching my shoulders, and it feels good, good stretch, but after watching that from that angle I could bring them a little deeper, I swear I'm coming with an inch or two of hitting my shoulders...damn Paul and his recording :no: :shootme:

hehe i was only takin the piss, at least 4 of those reps were deep enough anyway and from what i could see from the vid it looked like you may have even pushed out another few reps if someone was giving you a safety spot
