I had to come see what all the commotion was about.

Shoulder work was nice too; especially like the side laterals, that's a lot of weight on those, followed up with the drop set which we all know I'm a fan of :2:

Keep it up and I may give you a second chance to make a good romantic impression :gaygay:

you've gotten this strong after just a year of lifting? u must be doing somethin right man coz seriously dude some of the weights u throwin around r great. those weighted pullups r just killa and your db press n side laterals r nothing short of impressive

well, I usually get chest and arms in, but I only got chest in as I got to the gym late :tear: tomorrow I'll work my triceps with shoulders and back and not worry about my biceps since I'll be hitting heavy back anyway :weightlifter:

Nothing wrong with that decline either - especially for 10 solid reps. Why didn't you call me when you were showering?

Lower Back Problems + Heavy SLDL = more problems

so, I keep it at 135, and on occasion I'll bump it up to 185.


I have Shoulders/Back/Triceps this morning :skurred:

smart thing not goin too heavy on those SLDLs with lower back probs, i stayed away from all deads when my lower back was fucked for over a year. dam homie now where the hell r u pullin out 80lbs x 10?! and u call that light weight?? :tear:

Good shoulder and back work...the shoulder press and pull-ups are a strong point of yours.
