I've decided to deload my chest and triceps a bit now, I kinda hit a plateau so I'm gonna work my way back up. So here is the following, kept most things descently light, nothing impressive at all.

dang i didnt realize you were deloading this much. your dips were pretty much awesome like always :tear: and nice job on the incline db curls, nice burn i bet.

I'm with Paulie; those dips looked awesome, and I know those Incline curls must've been killer. They always are for me:ughnoes: Careful with that wrist though Tweak, as few things suck like joint damage does. Keep the domination rolling:xyxthumbs:

Hopefully the deloading goes well for you. Session still looks good and you're still benching more than you used to and your dips are exceptional like always.

no cardio although I really should have hit 20 minutes of it at the least. Instead I sat at the Deli, ordered this chicken wrap, very delicious. Afterwards my stomach was better. I dont know what I could have ate earlier :e5dunno: oh well, all done with now

Tomorrow I'm hoping to wake up early enough to go to the gym with my g/f and hit some legs and cardio. I have to work at Noon - 5, her gym closes at 6. So if all else fails I'm at least going to hit some 30 minutes cardio after work.

What kind of shrugs are those?? Did you hold the dumbells up in a pressing motion, and then kind of do a shrug like thing? You would do that, :49:

Calories Burned: 652 :weightlifter:

Cardio is definetely a personal best, next session I'm hoping to hit 700 calories :weightlifter: and I have set a goal for myself to burn 1000 calories in 30 minutes time, it will be very difficult, and I really hope I can build up to that.

well you know what Preacher Curls are right? You know how the angle of the bench of a preacher curl is about 70 degrees. Well spyder curls are where you just turn the preacher curl station around so that your curling off the 90 degree angle.
