Maybe if you weren't too busy thinking about scoring rocks and having drunken bitches calling you, you'd have time to post in here :e5dunno:

Still feeling a bit down Tweak (body wise) Take some time off mate, I had 3 months I don't recommend that much but your body would probably love 2 - 2.5 weeks off. Oh well hope your log returns to inspirational soon.

PS: Chesti is not Gay, he has not had sex with a human to find that out yet, just because it was a male calf does not = Gay:gaygay:

This is whats going down with my training.

I have begun losing some strength, so I'm going to workout like a bodybuilder for the rest of my diet. Whats this mean? This means I'm deloading quite a bit, example being instead of Flat Db Pressing the 100s I'll be settling for the 60s. I'm going to gradually increase the weights but at quite a slow pace. My goal here is to focus on every single contraction (que Glex here), have picture perfect form, and leave my ego at the door. I did this today, and it was very hard(ego wise) but it was the best session I've had in 3 whole weeks and I felt productive again.

Seated Db Shoulder Press
45x10
45x10
45x10
45x10

- I saw a guy pressing the 60s with piss poor form and was half tempted to grab the 80s and show him how you really press, but this is a challenge to my ego.

Props for at least willing to back off and focus on form, although I do think you can go a little heavier than this (maybe finding what 80% of your max is with this new form and going from there for your working sets). It sucks having a guy using more weight than you for sloppy form but we've all been there and it's a good test for you to be able to work through it. Other than that, things look good; can't say I enjoy the two types of shrugs though :e5dunno:

Yes you posted! Its hard to believe your losing strength now, you have been going up forever. But looks like a pretty good session, hopefully deloading this much isnt a waste of time and you actually benefit will from doing this. Im sure you will, and through out your diet just gradually increase the weights, and keep the reps relatively high.

Cardio looks good and intense :xyxthumbs:

Im waiting for the rest of my tax checks, and then ill get the membership at Spiece.

It takes a lot to realize when backing off is needed, and even more to actually do it. You shouldn't feel less at all Tweak; beats the crap out of stagnating and possibly pushing an injury. Thank you for your example:xyxthumbs:

Wow man, I know what you are talking about. The ego is... the main cause of injuries and bad training methods. I believe you did the right thing... you are in the gym for training like you should, not for satisfying your ego.

Keep it like that!

I'm training, but since I did that big deload no point in posting my sessions.

I'm still hitting cardio hard, and I recently changed my diet from 40/30/30 to 60/25/15 since I've been stuck at 180lbs for about 2 weeks. My bodyfat did decrease slightly in that two weeks but I'm hoping this change in my diet will get me down to my desired 8-9%.

Daily Intake with the 60/25/15 is like this:

250g Protein
100g Carbs
35g Fat <--- in reality I doubt if I'm even getting this, so the percentage is lower but I allow myself this much if I want it.

every 4th day I'll increase the Carbs up 250-300 to reset my leptin.

other than that everything is fine and dandy.
