Ha, even though you blanked out on the sixth rep for the DB Shoulder Presses you still managed to get that last rep up which is hard as hell (I've spaced out myself quite a few times). Chinups then look absolutely huge and going easier on the Rear DB Raises wasn't a bad idea at all; probably improved your form in fact.

On the next session, Inclines look great, even though you're calling it "light weight" it's still more than fags like Chesty can put up. The weighted dips look absolutely superb (I thought you were deloading? Ego?) and the weight on the Hammer Curls look great as well. I really have to try Spider Curls sometime soon!

Every thing looks great. Keep bangin' bro.

Dang those dips are pretty awesome, havent gotten any weaker at all.

Pushdowns were pretty good as well, and those spyder curls are something new. Ive seen people do them and they look pretty difficult, i might give them a go next time :spy:

And cardio is good to, good luck on trying to get 1000 in 30 minutes, i couldnt even imagine how much effort you'll have to put in doing that.

my nervous system is starting to fail on me a bit. I wasn't feeling to well today, I wasn't sick but I know what my body is trying to tell me so I'm off until next monday.

Just thought I'd let everybody know

no cardio, no weights. I will stay on my diet though so no worries there.

I agree with ya, but as long as you're listening to your body let it tell you when to come back, too. You might feel good enough to come back in a few days, or you might need longer than until Monday.

dang that sucks. good for you on listening to your body and being cautious by taking the rest of the week off. Im starting to learn how to listen to my body, i know alot more about it now than ive ever known. Even though youre taking time off, domination has still occured.

Does this mean we wont train in Columbus?!?! :eek4: :eek4:
