update on my training

I'm changing from my 3 on 1 off repeat to fullbody training

Specs of my routine:
*3 Sets per exercise
*Each set will be 8-12 reps
*Each session will be performed at different intensity levels (80%, 60%, 50%) so I dont burn out
*Choice of exercises will vary day to day, however I will be sticking to big compounds no pussy movements like press downs, crossovers, flyes, pulldowns, etc. etc.

Goals:
since I'm dieting I've learned that I must workout to maintain muscle, not try and gain it. Other wise I will just push myself towards a mental failure and burning out too quickly. With this split I plan on using little rest between each set (60 seconds) and hopefully this full body will aid in the fat loss journey. I'll still continue to do cardio 5-6 times a week however, as everybody knows I'm a cardio junky.

Wish me luck

Monday, Tuesday, Friday:
Squat
Rack Deads
Bench Press
Wide Grip Chins
Dips
BB Row
Side Laterals
Curls
Abs
Calves

I actually just now noticed that

Now if I were doing actual deadlifts instead of rack deadlifts it'd be ok, but since I'm not I'm going to have to throw some in there. I'll probably just throw some SLDL in there after somewhere.

Thanks Tim

I've never once timed any of my sprints :e5dunno:

did some cardio earlier today before work

Stairmaster
30 Minutes
603 calories burned

pretty easy overal, which is great since its actually 57 calories from a Personal Best, 700 in 30 minutes should be cake :xyxthumbs:

tomorrow is my first day of full body training, today would have been but I wanted to go into it feeling fresh and not having any muscle soreness..until then, :hello:

because 600 calories in 30 minutes time is easy for me? :e5dunno:

youll be seeing 800 shortly I believe, 700 shouldn't be a problem at all, I'm looking forward to hitting 800 within the next 2 weeks.
