first full body session was tonight

3 sets of for each movement, reps varied from 8-10 reps the entire time. Entire workout lasted 55 minutes, then I hit 20 minutes plus 5 minutes cool down afterwards.

Squats
Deadlifts
Bench Press
Seated Db Shoulder Press
Chinups
Dips - for triceps
Preacher Curls
BB Shrugs
Abs
Standing Calve Raises

Cardio:
Machine: Treadmill
Time: 20 minutes plus 5 minutes cool down so I could watch the end of American Idol :spy:
Incline: 14
Calories Burned: 260 calories in the 20 minutes time, and some extra in the cool down

I liked the full body quite a bit, should go well

it was descent, i didn't bench a lot, just 165 for 3 sets of 8. Intensity was probably like 75%

although on deads I only went to 225 and squats were only 185, taking it relatively easy and just feeling everything working.

thats how I roll :xyxthumbs:

Starting today I'll be doing cardio twice a day 4-5 times a week plus the 3 times a week full body :hsughr:

I'm actually leaving within the next half hour to go and get my first cardio session in, probably gonna hit a simple 30 minutes on the stairmaster. Maybe, just maybe, I'll find a book and ride the bike for a half hour and read :e5dunno:

Sweet crap, Tweak:eek:

I'm looking forward to seeing more work like that for sure; motivate my lug butt into getting strict on my cardio, and/or doing it with some/any degree of consistency:duh:

^^^ most boring piece of cardio equpiment ever, I read Sports Illustrated the entire time

Cardio following my actual training:
