Nice session tweak, good squats really deep. I would love having a gym like that and someone to teach me do snatches and C&Js, gotta love O-lifting.

not a bad effort, but when your going deep you need to really pause in that low position, you seem to be bouncing out of it, and its causing your back to wiggle side to side, and your using to much lower back to bounce out of the bottom position, try and slow it down and control it in the pit....however nice to see people going below parallel.

Please explain your "point"...? Why should he pause in the bottom position? I think he negged you because you're wrong while assuming you're right :gaygay:

Keawt>> Great effort dude! The thing you should focus on next is keeping those knees apart. You should really stress that they don't wander inwards throughout the concentric phase. And keep that chest high and make sure to breathe very deeply before descending :food-snacking:

I'm quite sure you're thinking of descending.....:gaygay: I'm not sure it's a very good idea to start inspiring in the bottom position...:ughfingers:

I noticed my left knee is the weak of the two as well. I don't know if thats some sort of weakness in my hips, or whether my knees are just gay :gayaway:

chest up :xyxthumbs: Thats why I look up when squatting and deadlifting, gotta keep the back straight :2:

I usually do take a breath, but I already know I don't over emphasize it like I should :duh:

and yes, thats exactly why I negged KR :49:
