Your calf training has roughly the same amount of sets I use for my stinking biceps.....

Jep, that's a little intimidating:hide:

Going to need to refer to said bodypart as cows pretty soon; calves likely won't cover it.

Top-notch work as always, Tweak; props on those squats as well:xyxthumbs:

ok i got negged for assuming i was right. i will explain then, what i noticed with tweaks sqaut was when he descends and gets down into the pit ( as i call it) he qiuckly tries to straighten his lower back and bounce out of the sqaut. what i think would be better for both his quads and the safety of his lower back, would be to slow down in that bottom position and reverse the movement with a little more control, to avoid that jerking of the lower back.

i dont think im wrong explaining it, and i only offered it as advice to consider, i didnt cluster fuck his sqaut technique, i just gave a few pointers to make it safe and improve his sqaut a little.

ill try to explain myself more thoroughly future, my apologies

Good session. Your tri's are really a stand out body part as you dominated that close grip, and over head extensions after your bench press. :xyxthumbs: Also, i'm pretty sure those Yates rows are twice as hard as regular BB rows, and you surely pulled some impressive weight.

Domination

Yup yup everything looks like tis on it way up, closegrip and falt are improvingeach time u step foot in the gym. Heavy rows, supersetts looked good, and keep makin them calves grow, i should be doing calves as much as ur doing them but i just get lazy with them, thats why i have a pretty big quad and the most chicken like calves lol. But as always great work.

Paulie - :uhoh2: Your actually commenting in my log :turborun: My close grips were so weak :tear: and I'm not too sure about Yates Rows being harder, I find them more comfortable actually :e5dunno: Come in here more often :tear:

Bulky - my close grip was weak :tear: thanks for stopping by though dude, much appreciated :xyxthumbs:

Dobbs - haha can't neglect them calves :gaygay: Hit em hard!
