some highlights from this afternoon's workout of Legs/Lats/Biceps

BB Step Ups (place bar on back like squat, step up on box for any n00bs that don't know what they are :no: )

The box I step up on is about 2 feet tall, I've never measured exactly I'll make a point of that next time I'm in there.

210x6 step ups per leg (12 total) - this was a PB, next week I'll shoot for 225lbs. These don't bother my back, it's just the squats and deads that make me feel like I just got hit by a freight train :tear:

BB Curls - 135x5

they had some swing, they weren't the full blown cheat curls that I'll throw in some times but these aren't perfect form by any means either :49:

If they were the full blown cheater curls I could put up 20 more pounds, I'll give them a go next Sunday just for you :gaygay:

My biceps love the cheater curls, them, and the heavy chins I do have given my biceps some fantastic growth this past year.

Those are the only real highlights, watch out for the video in a little bit. :tiphat:

my knees never touched the ground thats a full pushup buddy. The weight on my back + gravity makes my ass stay a little lower :tear:

Just look at how much my arms and nose move :e5dunno:

I ran 5 miles tonight :e5dunno:

3 miles on the treadmill
2 miles on the indoor track

domination.

I dominated Chest/Triceps/Shoulders tonight :spy:

nothing special though, was repping 185x8 on close grip pretty easily though :e5dunno:

I did a giant set at the end of my workout for chest though :ughnoes:

I went from 85s to 60s to 40s to 25s, but I couldn't do more than 6 with the 25s because I started laughing so hard because it looked so funny pressing those things :49:

I'm hoping to incline the 105s soon btw :ughfingers:

Looks like the strength is going up nicely. Props on the cardio too.

I really need to do more than just lift.

I'm taking the week off :e5dunno:

I came down with gastrointestinal virus over the weekend and threw up 9 times on Saturday, first time I've thrown up or gotten sick in 9 years (odd that I threw up one time for each year I hadn't threw up or gotten sick :49: )

Yesterday I was a bit better, enough to actually walk :49:

Today I'm about 80%, I've even eaten some crackers which is the first solid food I've eaten since Friday :49: Other then that all I ate yesterday was gatorade and today I've had nearly 90oz of gatorade :49:

So since I'm not 100% I might as well just take the week off and not make things worse :e5dunno:

My record for throwing up in one day is 33, and that's only when something actually came up. With dry heaves it was well over 40.

Top that :spy:
