some highlights from this afternoon's workout of Legs/Lats/Biceps
BB Step Ups (place bar on back like squat, step up on box for any n00bs that don't know what they are )
The box I step up on is about 2 feet tall, I've never measured exactly I'll make a point of that next time I'm in there.
210x6 step ups per leg (12 total) - this was a PB, next week I'll shoot for 225lbs. These don't bother my back, it's just the squats and deads that make me feel like I just got hit by a freight train
