75lb hammer curls is awesomes! soon you'll be able to do my 95lbs with 4 reps
wish i was still doing my old powerlifting stuff
but it looks like your getting fucking strong really quickly
keep doing what your doing man!

seems like your not losing any strength what-so-ever
i know i and other can be douchebags here and there
but i have to say, your routine is very well set.
i have no doubt bout those weighted pushups giving you a huge pump
i dont do them, cus i get too much of a pump too soon. not good 60% of the time but not weighted, bet you can easily add 25lbs to that for 15+ reps

Weighted Chinups

Me+70x6.... my PB is Me+110x3, next week I think I'll have to at least match this :hsughr:

the rest of the workout was alright, it was Legs/Lats/Biceps with some Trap/Grip work as well

Checking your log for the first time and i have to say it looks good.Congrats getting PB on bench.chins are very strong.
Keep updating..ill keep checking this now and then.

seated. I have the nerve issue with my back so standing is a no no :eek5nono:

If I hurt my back I can barely drive my truck. It's a stick and my left leg will be numb feeling and it hurts just to push the clutch in :tear: Even sitting in a regular chair on those days is a burden :tear:

I flat db pressed the 105s

I close gripped 200lbs for 6

my legs are still stagnant however since I cannot train them heavy, but thats why I make sure to hit them twice a week.

Although two weeks ago my back felt great and I squatted with Paul and managed 315x3.

I wont be doing that again anytime soon due to the fact that if I get hurt before I leave for Chicago then I cannot go to Chicago :tear:
