The bench is a definate improvement yet again, 195 for 5 is great, i was at 190 for 5 when i could hit 225 for a single pretty easily, so im sure u are at least their by now, maybee even 235 for a single. Heavy db rows yet again, and real heavy donkey raises. Another workout in the book, strength keeps pilling on
