To answer your question, yes. I absolutely think chins hit your back better. I feel such a better contraction, go up evenly and its pretty damn hard to mess them up.

good point, now that i think about it i can feel better contraction in chins, but i do like both.

NIce going bench keeps going up everytime ur in their, shit load of calves too, ill try to keep up with u their. Heavy chins, good form too. 225 for a double under 170 would be very impressive, right around the corner bro

Bench is getting up there too... it was a rotator injury that was holding you back before right?

Good Chin vid Tweak :xyxthumbs:. Good benching improvements too buddy. keep it up. btw, i agree with you that chins hit back more than pull-ups, but i gotta say that the pull-ups do hit my back in a way that i can't feel with just chins. :e5dunno:. Anyway, thats no "biggie", good sesh man.

Aftermath: Pleased with the Bench yet again. I would have liked to get more sets but my front delts were getting more and more stiff as I continued, quite the burden. Db Rows went well although I really wish my gym had heavier dbs, oh well...back to BB Row :e5dunno: Calves went well as always, accomplished two PBs :dance:
Next week I'm hoping to rep 205 on Bench for a double :ughfingers:

Good upperbody work there tweak, with the front delt DOMS, it must have been a killer. About the 205 double, just do it, don't doubt it.

wow improving on the bench again man:D and with major doms in ur shoulders, thats awesome dude:D the dumbell rows are quite astonishing yes, gonna get that back thick mhm:D the ez bar curls are awesome considering u did pullups and db rows first. another great session my friend:2:

looking good tweak, nice to see ur bench is still improving and those DB rows are very impressive, ur gym needs to move to the 200's with u tossing weight around :angrydude: :xyxthumbs:
