    Ok, Iím alive and well. Had a power packed weekend with this house buyin biz. And I close this Friday so itís going to be crazy again. I was able to get a good back day on Saturday early in the AM as I slipped out to get breakfast and swung by the gym on my way. Lol
    Today I did back again with a good core warm up as Iím going to be doing a lot of awkward movements this weekend so Iím going to really get some core in this week

    10min warm up on bike
    Stretch
    Hill climbing pushups 2 sets of 20
    5 min plank
    Abs rolls 10 reps then holding the last until failure 4 sets
    Toes to the sky ďholding chin up bar like Iím going to do a palms facing chin up I slowing raising my legs until my toes are completely straight up and my head is the lowest thing to the ground. On a slow count (shit is rough) 4 sets of 5
    Back extensions weighted with pause at the end 5x20
    Side extensions weighted with pause at the end 3x20 (each side)
    Lat down hammer strength machine 4x12 1x8 (slow count with a pause until failure at the end of each set)
    Lat down cable behind the back 3x12 2x10 (with pause)
    Wide grip pull ups on slow count and a pause till failure 5x5
    Row machine wide grip 5x10 (with pause)
    Low row machine 5x10 (with pause)
    Close grip cable row 5x10 (with pause)
    Rear delt extensions with cables seated 4x15

    I dropped some carbs today and will do it again tomorrow. Today was a bad day to do as my crane set for tomorrow was canceled and I had to scramble to get one today. I wasnít ready and had to run hurry up offense to perpare for it. Worked straight through lunch on a metal roof all day. 320oz of water just on site and still only pissed once. Needless to say I was struggling at the gym. But lifts much go on and gainz have to be had. And itís leg day because I love pure human suffering.

    Warm on bike 10mins
    Stretch
    Leg press (Nauticus Machine) 5x15 slow counts with a pause at compressed
    Calves rises 4x20 slow count again with a flex at end until failure
    Leg rises 4x15 same with slow count and pause at end of rep
    Leg curls 2 set with one leg and 3 with both x15
    Squats low weight with deep ass to grass and a slow rise count 5x5 1x10(Absolute failure)
    Stair machine 10mins on level 7 heart rate of 170 achieved.

    Shoulders/ core!

    Energy was great even with today being rough at work and carbs down with over all cals down too. Gotta really take advantage of this EQ which is starting to kick in now.

    Stretch
    5 min plank
    Toes to the ceiling hanging leg rises 5x5 slow count
    Weighted leg rises 5x15
    Sitting cross overs with weights 3x20
    Ab rolls (roll out and hold the extended position for as long as possible) 4x1 then five with a 10 second count at extended position
    Smith machine shoulder press 1x20 then I went heavy for three 3x3 then back to normal sets 3x15
    Hammer strength machine shoulder press1x20
    Dumbbell shoulder press (Arnoldís) 3x10
    Lateral rises 3x10 2x15
    Shrugs 4x15
    Upright row 1x20 3x8 1x18
    Farmer carries 40yads x6 105lbs each arm
    Front rises with cable and bar 3x20

    Great shoulder workout. What kind of shrugs do you do? I mix it up between dumbbell's & barbell, but I wish the gym I go to would get a shrug machine or hammer strength. Love those!

    We have a flat bench hammer strength machine I use too. But itís usually three ways. Barbell or I use farmer carry bars or the hammer strength bench press machine

    Normally, dumbbell's and barbell are my two go for shoulders drills at the gym and they are pretty effective for me ever since I started working out consistently with them.

    Ok, back in the saddle. House purchased, house sold, furniture and all the shit moved so itís back to lifting and man it felt good. Going to start focusing on back and delts more as these areas I believe are my weakest. One week out of the gym so it was a bit rough today but I know tomorrow will be much better. Gear is working in there and I started tren last Thursday. I missed my pin day on Monday and hit it on Tuesday

    Stretch
    Wide grip pull ups. 1x15 1x14 1x11 1x5(real slow on the last rep)
    Low rows 2x20 2x15 1x20
    High row wide grip 1x20 2x15 1x12
    Pull ups (palms in) 1x20 2x14 1x12 1x8
    Back Extensions 5x20 with a pause at the top with each rep, lite weight with only 25lbs
    Face pulls with rope 5x20

    Gear is like this
    Pin days are Monday and Thursday

    Using blue hearts as a pre at this time

    Hgh (started back this morning) 3iu each day

    I can definitely feel this stuff coming on good evening after a week out of the gym. I will pull bloods next week which is week 6

    Shoulder day!

    Worked on a metal roof all day, very hot but I was able to keep water in me so I believe my Energy levels didnít suffer. But had a tough time getting all the cals in.

    Warm up
    Pull ups 1x17 (grip not too wide and pace not too slow but not so fast to compromise form)
    Chin ups 1x15 (just realized there was a difference as I was calling this palms in pull ups before speed the same as before)

    Arnold press with dumbbells drop sets starting with 45lbs 5x10
    Should press hammer strength machine 1x14 2x12 1x10 1x20(half weight burn out)
    Lateral rises leaning with cables 5x10-17 (all sets to failure)
    Front rises with dumbbells drop sets 3x10 2x5
    Shoulder shrugs bar bell behind the back 1x20 1x15 2x10 1x8 (been focusing on this, still feel weak in this area because I havenít moved up from 225lbs yet. Will try 245 next week)
    Low rise with cable 5x12
    Rear delt flys sitting with cables 4x15
    Back extensions 3x20 weighted with pause at each rep

    Food
    Same as yesterday but I cut rice out and added one Akins protein snack

    Gear
    Test 150
    Tren 200
    Mast 200
    EQ 300
    Hcg 500iu
    Hgh 3iu
    Nolva 10mg
    Armidex .5mg

    Iím really feeling this cycle come together, even after being out of the gym for one week. Meccaís performance line of gear is top notch and Iím excited to pull bloods next week.
