Macros look good to me.
I’m tryin my best to get my Marcos from food and not the protein bars. They are just loaded with crap but they also are so damn convenient when you’re on the go
I can feel you brother, the intensity have been super charged for weeks coming up and and it's all damn good. I'm looking at tweaking my today's drills into boosting my chest cavity.
