Great shoulder workout. What kind of shrugs do you do? I mix it up between dumbbell's & barbell, but I wish the gym I go to would get a shrug machine or hammer strength. Love those!

We have a flat bench hammer strength machine I use too. But it’s usually three ways. Barbell or I use farmer carry bars or the hammer strength bench press machine

Normally, dumbbell's and barbell are my two go for shoulders drills at the gym and they are pretty effective for me ever since I started working out consistently with them.

Ok, I’m still alive. I closed on the house on Monday and have been busting my ass all weekend and today. I’ll be back on lifting routine tomorrow. Moving sucks

Ok, back in the saddle. House purchased, house sold, furniture and all the shit moved so it’s back to lifting and man it felt good. Going to start focusing on back and delts more as these areas I believe are my weakest. One week out of the gym so it was a bit rough today but I know tomorrow will be much better. Gear is working in there and I started tren last Thursday. I missed my pin day on Monday and hit it on Tuesday

Shoulder day!

Worked on a metal roof all day, very hot but I was able to keep water in me so I believe my Energy levels didn’t suffer. But had a tough time getting all the cals in.

Warm up
Pull ups 1x17 (grip not too wide and pace not too slow but not so fast to compromise form)
Chin ups 1x15 (just realized there was a difference as I was calling this palms in pull ups before speed the same as before)

Arnold press with dumbbells drop sets starting with 45lbs 5x10
Should press hammer strength machine 1x14 2x12 1x10 1x20(half weight burn out)
Lateral rises leaning with cables 5x10-17 (all sets to failure)
Front rises with dumbbells drop sets 3x10 2x5
Shoulder shrugs bar bell behind the back 1x20 1x15 2x10 1x8 (been focusing on this, still feel weak in this area because I haven’t moved up from 225lbs yet. Will try 245 next week)
Low rise with cable 5x12
Rear delt flys sitting with cables 4x15
Back extensions 3x20 weighted with pause at each rep

Man today was another burner but this gear is kickin in good Nd I’m getting great pumps!

Squats 1x20(135) 1x20(155) 1x10(175) 1x10(195) 1x4(225) taking these baby’s past the 90 of the knee (about 10 inches off ground) is really rough but I can feel it so much more.

Toes close and toes in leg press 1x20 (8) 1x20 (10) 1x10 (12) 1x10(14) 1x6(16)

Leg curls 5x20 with pause and hold at mid point till failure at sets in

Leg extensions 5x20 same as curls

Calves on leg press machine with slow count 8 plates 2x25 2x20 1x13

That was all for today carbs are getting cut.

Ok, didn’t update for a few days but I did lift. But I got good news. I’m now the proud step-dad to a marine and I couldn’t be more proud of the young man.

On another note. The tren is kicking in. Nights sweats not really but I’m waking up at 2:30 on the dot like I normally do on tren and my strength is doing what tren does to it. I can definitely say this thing is about to pop off. I’ll drop the dbol pre workout soon and start whinny in a couple of weeks. My carbs have been cut almost in half without much drop off in energy levels as I’m carb loading before my lift.

I did chest on Sunday and was able to rep out 225 for 10 which is what I peaked at on last cycle so I’m feeling good about that.

Today was back again. Trying to hit it twice a week as I feel it’s my area of need, and I’ll get pics soon when I go home and get the wife to trim the Chewbacca hair.

No thanks to me, he’s the one that did the work. But thank you brother. His father is not a part of his life so I did the best I could to step in, it’s his mom that deserves all the credit for who he is. Now the real journey begins for him.
