heres my chest and biceps workout guys.

Chest-
Incline Press
60kg-15 reps
60kg-15 reps
80kg-8 reps+2 forced reps

Hammer strength seated press-
50kg-12 reps
90kg-10 reps+2 forced reps+2 negatives

Incline dumbbell flyes
30lbs-12 reps
55lbs-6 reps+2 forced reps

Biceps-
Incline dumbbell curl-
30lbs-12 reps
45lbs-8 reps+2 forced reps

Barbell curls-
45kg-10 reps+2 forced reps

and thats pretty much the end of my workout. had a massive pump at this point!

A new log and looks pretty good too. Nice exercises with good weight. Not many people do the bi's with chest but I like it!

cheers guys, my chest needs more work so been blasting it preety heavy.
bulkboy i weigh 14 stone 8 now, the weights starting to come! what do yoiu weigh now mate?

im weighing around 83-84 kg now, still pretty lean though, sixpack is still there:D

bulking now, so in a month or two im back in the 90s:D

good stuff dude, i love training chest, so its always an enjoyment. good, i havent got a six pack, layer of fat over it lol. got another 7 months of building lean beef and then ill be dieting down for my show in july!

diesels leg workout!

this training session was brutal, as is all leg days, nealry threw up a couple of times, love it though!

Quads-
Leg extension-
52lbs/20 reps
122lbs/8 reps + 2 forced reps

Leg press-
260kg/6 reps + 1 forced rep

Hack squat-
40kg/12 reps
100kg/14+ 1 forced rep

at this point i was wiped out and had to catch my breath for like 10 minutes.

Hams-
lying leg curl-
40lbs/15 reps
80lbs/7 + 2 forced reps

standing leg curl
50lbs/10 reps + 2 forced reps

:zangief: i was mashed at this point, massive headache! haha

This is my workout from last night. i did back and rear delts.
Back-
Lat pulldown
45kg/12 reps
60kg/12 reps
82.5kg/8 + 2 forced reps

Barbell rows
60kg/20 reps
90kg/10 reps

Hammer one arem row
20kg/20 reps
60kg/8 + 2 forced reps

Cable rows
90kg/ 8 + 2 forced reps
drop set=60kg/6+2 forced reps

Deadlift
60kg/15 reps
100kg/15 reps
150kg/8 reps

rear delts-
bent over dumbbell laterals
15kg/10 reps
superset on revearse pec deck=150lbs/7 reps

my back was pumped as hell after this!

Excellent work. Again, excellent exercise choice. Heavy duty deads. In fact the whole back session looked great for slapping on thickness.

cheers rocky, thats what im trying to get thickness in my back and also the width of the lats near the upper. im following in the reccomended exercise choice of the great dorian yates!

cheers dude. ive been training for about 2 years now, i used to train high volume, 6 days a week. but now i train 4 days a week high inensity
