cheers guys. my backs my strong point and it can lift big. push myself hard on those deads. felt like my head was going to explode!

dayum, those deads are supreme buddy:2: barbell rows are great too, rowing 2 plates per side is no small feat:D

barbell squats:

leg press:

hams-
lying leg curl:

Not posted me sessions in here now for a while because ive been busy and hesitant to put em on because im in pre-contest mode. but here we go, ill start off with delts, traps, and triceps :food-snacking:

Delts
Seated dumbbell press-
40lbs/12 reps wu
50lbs/12 reps wu
70lbs/6 reps + 2 forced reps

Seated dumbbell lateral raises-
20lbs/12 reps wu
35lbs/9 reps + 4 partials reps

Traps
Barbell shrugs-
60kg/12 reps
100kg/10 reps

Triceps
Tricep pressdown-
30kg/12 reps
50kg/8 reps + 2 forced reps

Bar dips-
Bodyweight/20 reps
Bw+80lbs dumbbell/8 reps

And that was the end of my workout. i then draped myself over to the stepping machine and performed an hours worth of cardio. i was fuked :hsughr:

Next session will be legs on thursday, which im looking forward to! :tiphat:

bulkboy- thanks dude, yeh man, it was hard trying to lift those weights whilst being on a reduced calorie diet. cant wait till the show is over with lol get my strength up again

hypocrisy- hey man, thanks. yeh my back is really cut up, my christmas tree and everything. just not on my abs. upping the cardio alot more and everything so that should do the trick.....hopefully :ughnoes:

Ok today was chest and biceps :food-snacking:

Chest-
Flat barbell press
60kg/12 reps wu
80kg/10 reps wu
100kg/3 reps + 2 forced reps. damn this was hard, noticed ive lost strength on this exercise, i used to do this for 10 solid reps :(

Incline barbell press
60kg/12 reps wu
80kg/8 reps + 2 forced reps

Cable crossovers
40lb/12 reps wu
80lbs/10 reps
felt this exercise burnt my inner chest out to fuck!

Biceps-
Olympic barbell curls
20kg/12 wu
50kg/4 reps + 3 cheat reps

Concentration curls
40lb/12 reps each arm
felt this was easy this week, going to go 45lbs next week

And thats it, overall pretty good workout with a pump in my chest and biceps. next workout is on monday and thats "big back bombing" so im looking forward to that. until then :tiphat:

dayum solid workout lance, dont sweat the bench, itll come up when u start bulking trust me:) and those presses are still pretty damn good, especially considering ur depleted fucked up state. the incline bb presses are impressive, how high do u set the bench on incline buddy? 50 kg for 4 reps on the bb curls, solid, solid my man:2: have a great weekend, and dont cheat!!!:D

Nice solid weights on all those exercises mate. Don't be too bummed out, just look forward to bulking season again.

Yeh cant wait for the strength to come back when i go bulking again and when i hit that creatine :) the bench is set about 45 degrees but its pissing me off because ive been on that weight now for time! yeh man the 50kg was heavy as fuck and it felt good throwing in a few cheat curls as well. thanks man, u 2. o and yeh i wont cheat big time lol :carduindisguise
