I've also been a lot more conscious with my grip strength lately. To agree with Freako, I too have found that Kroc rows certainly go a long way towards helping. Nice work, man.

My grip has improved just from deadlifting a lot and doing everything strapless, i can double overhand 180kg now for a rep, which wouldve been impossible 6 months ago, it will come up soon

Thanks a lot guys for your input.

@ rob: its just regular deadlift or conventional. i put that because ive been doing romanian for a while.

Today my CoC gripper No.1 came today and its fairly hard :s

i just did 3 sets of 4 reps but the reps was quality with a distint hold at the contraction phase. My skin nearly came off my fingers lol.

Lookign forward to improving on these because ive always been inspired by grip feats etc.

Lighter sessions are always, well, not always, but oftentimes, a real breath of fresh air. Your CNS is probably saying "thanks." I can't wait until my deload week, personally. :D

hehe guys, i meant the day before my workout, i forgot to put that because i was using my crackberry.

Prince: yes just compound lifts, havent even trained arms for a while and its just one workout.

Felt very strong in tonights workout and i think its because i had eaten a shedload of pasta and chicken over sat and sun and just felt my muscles were fuller.

I need to stick to my deit more if i wish to oush further into strength gains and size.

Tonights sesh. Decided to deload on the squats deads and also 2 sets of the MP. Also, from next week i'm planning on changing my routine around, prolly do 3 compound lifts instead of four and then add some assistance.

-75 felt more heavier of what i thought from what 70 felt on monday

Next workout, either friday or monday i'll be increasing my bench to 115 which will be a PB. Hope to do 3-5 reps for a few sets.

Didn't train today because i have a cold and feel like shit. Next session will be on monday, by then i should have recovered.

today, i did some grip work. 3 sets of CoC no1 for 20 reps each hand. i need to buiy the no2 but a little short of money atm.

also, monday will be the start of a new programme. im going to be doing the advanced Bill Starr workout but tweak it slightly for my needs. i'll post it up prolly tomorrow or something.
