Hey guys, thought I'd sart this going again now I'm off for the summer.

Yesterdays workout

Upper day-
Flat bench
100 x 10

90 x 10
90 x 8

N-pull ups
Bw x 10, 8, 6

Military press
60 x 9
60 x 6
55 x 8
55 x 8

Dips
Bw x 10, 10, 10

Dbell shrugs
90lb x 10, 10, 10

Bb curl
45 x 10, 10, 10

Todays workout

Only had 30 minutes

Lower body

Back squats
140 x 10
140 x 10
140 x 10
140 x 10

Lying leg curls
60 lb x 10, 10, 10

-note, rest periods in workouts are 1 min - 1.30 min.

Got two more workouts for my hypertrophy phase and then I'm on the strength phase next week, prolly going to do FB session. I can't wait for it!!

Next workout is thursday and that's upper body.

I want to get my phone hooked up to my laptop and then i could do some vids because ive always wanted to do it and itd be good to do in the strength phase on squats etc.

@Bulky- I'm weighing 100kg, lost a few pounds just eating cleaner. I'll prolly add some cardio soon because I want to lose some blubber! Thanks for checking in mate :)

Military press

Seated pulley row

That felt great! as you can see my military press is kinda weak. Thats because i have pooh front delts. Ive just started doing militarys after a long haul doing PBN, so far they feel great.

Its so good getting back into training. i am like :drool: for the strength phase, which starts monday.

Next session is tomorrow and thats LEGS! looking to do 150 x 10 for 4 sets to prepare for next week.

Nice lifting Lance. However I think that you could probably get a bit deeper in those squats (just to nitpick :p).
