Freako: Thanks pal. Looking back at the vid I can see i didnt go as low as I should be. For some reason my hams and glutes are tight, probably because ive had a layoff and its affected my flexibility. ill start doing some stretches to see how that works.

Natzo: Ceers pal. it did actually feel easy but my spine was throbing slightly afterwards. About the deadlifts, i dont do reg deadlifts, i just do romanian deads so poundage is not impressive. When i get stronger then for sure.

Thanks for the vid, Lance. Squats look good, as does that supposedly "shitty" session you just posted. Doing four big lifts in one day isn't easy. Keep it up.

Line: Thanks Line, it was shitty because I didn't feel happy the second I felt my back hurt a little, that's why I had to lower the weights. Looking forward to tomorrows sesh.

nice sessions lance my boy. Vid was good. I thought u had great control and could of easily got deeper. strength sessions coming up will be awesome as well.

Great lifts, buddy. Those squats, in particular, are quite sexy. I'm glad to hear the belt helped too and that your back seems to be feeling better.

-This is a great exercise and cant believe ive been doing 45 deg barbell rows for so long.

* exercises need to be increased by 5kg next monday.

Iv'e decided also that i need variation of volume in my workouts to prevent overtraining and stagnation. So, instead of M, W and F all being the same volume, i'm going to have M heavy, W light (80% of M) and F medium (90% of M).

Yes, with straps! lol

since ditching them and also stopping using over-under, my grip is pa...thetic.

I keep thinking of going back to straps because i can easily pull a 180 or more for a solid 5.

I'm just hoping my grip comes up soon :(

what training do you do for your static strength for forearms?

Thanks pal, well ive started light so hopefully my grip will improve.

ive ordered some crushers as well but they will prolly not transfer over too much.
