Great work man
Keep pushing it on that deadlift, you'll be doing 250kg soon bro. Close-grip benches are heavy as fuck dude! same with those skullcrushers, barbell curls 60kg!! jesus man...just awesome stuff there
about soon doing 250 kg
dont know about that m8, 200 kg and 250 kg is quite a huge difference, but i will certainly do my best to keep improving my strenght there. and ye i was pretty happy about the close grip bench today, they really massacred my triceps too, got great contact. so good session for sure
, and this is only the beginning, keep it up Bulky

and ye getting that 200 felt great. ive also gotten comments about my spinal erectors having gotten thicker, u will definetely see some improvements in my back the next time around i post picsEl freako: yeah bro, those standing mps are fucking brutal. feel like an animal while doing those, and they call for alot of supporting muscles as well so they are a great addition. only thing im worried about with them is the extra stress on the lower back. but as of now im gonna keep doing em and then ill probably change it around in a couple of weeks when i plateau.
I cheat and belt up... :carduindisguise. Maybe I might man up and lose the belt soon. My back has been feeling pretty good since I've been without a belt for deads.

I now figure that its a lower back exercise... why use a belt to make it easier for your back?

...
jk bro, now serious, you still have some nice weights there, but as you said at least your chest was pumped, and that's good news for a "lousy" day
i will look over my routine, may make some changes. maybe cut back on the weight or volume and allow my system to recover alittle.I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and acknowledge the following:
