1 day out. Drying out nicely and filling out decent...

Now its time for my last coat of pro-tan and then on to the dream tan.

One more coat of pro-tan, a coat of dream tan tonight, and another coat of dream tan in the morning. So far I have done 6 dark mystic tans and 3 coats of pro tan. I am pretty sure that I will be dark enough, but I know it doesnt look it in the pics.

So far today I have had about 300 grams of carbs and I still have a steak and rice meal to do tonight. I will end the day at about 350 grams of carbs, 1.5 grams of sodium, 750mg of potassium, and just under a gallon of water.
