I notice a lil difference in dryness in my ab and thigh shot but nothing crazy. I think things are coming together pretty well but I would like to be a lil more full..

Just wanted to give a lil update. Pre-judging starts in less than 12 hours. I have to give a special thanks to KM for recommending that xpel cuz I think it has helped a lot. I am very very pleased with how I look right now. I am very dry and very vascular right now and just hope I can maintain it throughout the night and into the morning. I probably wont sleep at all tonight so I will update soon.

So I finished today at about 350 grams of carbs and I am full and dry.

Plan for tomorrow:
Wake up at 5am and have a half a chicken breast and 2 sweet potatos with sips of water. Go back to sleep.

Wake up at 6:30am and have a half a chicken breast and 2 swee potatoes. Get stuff ready for show

Weigh in at 8 o'clock and have a half a chicken breast and 2 baked potatoes. Relax.

10am begin painting and start munching on a bag of potato chips.

10:30am start having a pb and chocolate chip rice cake with jelly on top every 15 minutes.

11am start pumping up and continue taking in simple sugars. Apply hot stuff.

11:30 step on stage.
