Only 2 days of carb up. Unless your a professional bodybuilder, I dont think it takes that much time to carb up. I will do a potato or yam with each of my 8 meals today. Each one will supply me with about 30-35 grams of carbs. Then tomorrow I will just about double that.

^^ I certainly plan on it.

So far today I have had

Meal one: 1 medium sweet potato and a small chicken breast
Meal two: 1 medium baked potato with a small tilapia fillet

I took a half dose of xpel with meal one. Dont notice anything yet other than I already feel much better and more full.

Oh there will be plenty.

So I just wanted to clarify and give reasoning behind sweet potatoes and yams while carbing up, especially if using a diuretic in conjunction. 1 medium yam contains 1500 mg of potassium and one medium sweet potato contains 541 mg. Now the average banana has about 420 mg. I believe the daily value is close to 2000 mg for the average person. Multi vitamins rarely contain any potassium in them. Potassium is crucial for muscle contraction. The last thing you want is to cramp up on stage or throw off electrolyte balance cuz you lost to much water and consequently potassium! Just Creators lil tid bit for the day

Had 3 bags of green tea while in class this afternoon.

EDIT:
RDA: 1950-5460 mg, or 50-140 mmol (1 millimole/mmol = 39mg)
Deficiency: More common in persons on diuretic drugs who suffer from prolonged vomiting and diarrhea. Symptoms of potassium deficiency include muscular weakness, apathy, confusion and an abnormal heartbeat.

Good idea searching for potatssium.

People usually cramp when they follow the water manipulation method (out-dated), and in conjunction they fail to outlook potassium. Agree'd, it's absolutely a must for contractile proteins to work properly.

As of right now, I don't think enough carbs. In meal 3and4 your carbs equal approx to 60g carbs.

Opinions on game plan:

Tomorrow if you're still dry up carbs by 30g-40g/meal. Maintain water. If your subq water is becoming more visible or is even coming out, then up your dosage of the diuretic. Also count how many times you urinate starting tomorrow to make sure you're on track.

Dont feel the pic does me justice at all. I am starting to get some good cross striations in the vm and vl but I dont think that my roomates point blank pictures help much...I am very pleased with the way I am progressing through the carb up.

Thanks a ton guys!

So I finished the day with about 250 grams of carbs and I am very pleased with my fullness and conditioning. Plans have changed a little and I dont think I will go over 350 grams tomorrow, too much to risk.

I am feeling very good with how I look this morning. All my skin folds decreased over night and I am looking very dry. I am still a little flat but I will work on it today. I hope today isnt my day to peak....

Chest- 3.5
Abs- 4
Thigh- 9
