Thanks for all the comments guys! I wanted to get a head start on this cut as I fell short on time last year. I want to make a smooth transition into dieting and then very slowly take the fat off (1-1.5 lbs a week) in order to salvage all my muscle. I wont really start to transition for another 2.5-3 weeks.
Ah progress indeed I am more motivated then ever for this show and I am aware of a whole mess of guys that I will be competing against. I just took some pics yesterday and I will post them up later today when I get them off of my friends camera. I will also post up all my mm measurements from my most recent seven-pinch skin-fold testing. I started at 215 and I am right around 209-210 now. Very pleased with the progress. Calories are 3400-3600 right now and I will drop them another couple hundred next week.
