Eric: Lol at the sissy cardio. My cardio is never sissy Like today's. I'm starting to hit a few PBs again, which correlate to starting up with creatine again. Coincidence? I think not; eat it physiology professor who thinks I'm full of shit.
Chesticles: I hope there was no confusion; I should write 'flat' on the DB press (edited). I'm really not sure what I'd consider my strongest body part. Not counting calves, I'd probably say chest, though my deadlift has been doing well.

Kept the pace remarkably steady, very good run though it was short

Got 405 again, so it wasn't a fluke. I think it probably looked a little uglier this time, though. Oh well, got the job done I only did deadlift and bis because I knew I was going to go running and I wanted to get in and out relatively quickly. That, and I wanted to have a more intense bi workout; I don't get to do them very often because Line doesn't have to do curls Everything including the run took about an hour and a half. Time to go visit Sara Have a good weekend, everyone!
