Chesticles: I hope there was no confusion; I should write 'flat' on the DB press (edited). I'm really not sure what I'd consider my strongest body part. Not counting calves, I'd probably say chest, though my deadlift has been doing well.

Kept the pace remarkably steady, very good run though it was short

Aftermath:
Got 405 again, so it wasn't a fluke. I think it probably looked a little uglier this time, though. Oh well, got the job done :xyxthumbs: I only did deadlift and bis because I knew I was going to go running and I wanted to get in and out relatively quickly. That, and I wanted to have a more intense bi workout; I don't get to do them very often because Line doesn't have to do curls :tear: Everything including the run took about an hour and a half. Time to go visit Sara :hsughr: Have a good weekend, everyone!

yea u still gotta catch up, i did 500 in a apf meet. and have done 600 w/ straps. so yea. ur deff gettin there tho.

Chesty: No no, I meant that workout where I only did one back exercise and three bicep was right before I was about to drive for 3 hours. I was trying to get done quick, that's why I didn't do much for back, and no legs since I was planning on doing some running. Tweak and Paulie are going to the competition, though it's probably not too far if Line wants to go...hmm... Also, thanks for the kind words about the bench :hsughr:

Funny story, today. Line was in a hurry to be in and out of the gym, so he wasn't too happy when I pushed back the time a little because of ROTC paperwork. There was really nothing I could do about it, though, so I just finished up as soon as I could and got to the gym. He said he wanted to be out at 10, and during our pullups I asked him why. He says, "Your mom is calling me." I thought maybe he was making a joke/I misheard him, so I asked again, and he responds with the same straight face, "Your mom is calling me." "Okaaaay..." Way to be a pissy bitch, I'm thinking...oh well, maybe just one of those days.

So during BB curls I say that I'm sorry for prying earlier, thinking I might get an apology or an explanation. Nope, he says, "Nah, it's alright." And that's it. Huh. There goes that plan.

Then as we're leaving, he says, "Alright, I gotta go. I have to call my mom."

Ohhhh!!! He said, "My mom is calling me," during the pullups!

Don't know why, but my legs were really sore going into this session. I think it must've been from doing springs at PT Monday morning, but I rarely get sore from running any more, just fatigued. Well, after the third set of 8 I loosened up enough to get a little heavier, and I could have possibly gone for a PB but I'd much rather do that when my legs are feeling fresh going into a workout.

those squats are looking fantastic

I like the BB Rows the most out of anything though, very good

those calve raises are a nice touch as well

strapless pullups, excellent job, but I understand why you used straps..remember, Joe explained this to me
