Great..back -and frontsquats in a same session.Doing just like me.:gaygay:
Good work overall:xyxthumbs:

The squats were real light and easy, I'm just getting my legs used to doing squats again. :2:

Great work as always Mr Crazardio. Nice stuff :xyxthumbs:

:2:

I looked at youtube for the royal marines but those guys are serious man. Good luck with the preparation. When do you gonna start with the marines

Well, my original plans were to join the Royal Marines by the end of August this year. I was advised by my father to join the Army first and do that for 3-4 years. I'd like to join the RM before I'm 26. Its been a childhood dream to get a green beret.

Great leg workout bro :2:, with that cardio mixed in that must have been brutal. Let us know how your legs feel tomorrow and if your limping around :49: getting back into squats is tough.

Are the royal marines part of your country's special forces..?

The green beret from the Dutch commando's is the harderst one to get. their training is sick and almost no one completes the full 1.5 years of training. Their dutch special forces thats why its so heavy.

British Armed Forces.

The RM training is 32 weeks, the RM officer training is about 50 weeks I think.

Your countryside is so much more interesting than here in Norfolk - the flatest part of Britain. A pavement curb constitutes a hill here. No wonder you like going on the walks.
The leg press machine at my gym is shit too.

The running on 100% incline did it for me. I need to do that more often as its a good way to test yourself. Scotland has some of the best scenery in the whole world, its a great place to visit.. if you don't mind the cold and rain. :hsughr:

Great work in all those sessions. The variety is almost as impressive as what you manage to achieve in each and every session.

You're too kind. :linedrunk:

I took some pics with my webcam and changed the lighting. The other pics I posted made me look anorexic. You can see more arm and shoulder development in these pics, chest is still weak however.

I always feel like my shoulders and triceps do all the work in chest movements. Any advice?
