Levrone Transformation, End Of Week 5 Photo - Levrone Report.com

Here’s the photo from end of week five. This was a week of
shocking the muscles, lots of massive workouts, including three
for legs. Reached important strength milestones on bench and
behind the neck press. Cranked out my first squats. Banged
out an intensive biceps program today that I’ll put up tomorrow.

Weighed 226 lbs yesterday. More definition, bigger legs. That
sums up this week’s gains. Just looking at the pictures below
it’s hard to tell if I’m that much bigger, but I gained significant
weight this week – mostly in the legs. Week five photo was
taken at home…week four photo was taken in the gym after
a workout, and it’s a closer shot. I’ll try to keep the context
more consistent.

The green veins are out – I’m at my leanest and biggest since
I began five weeks ago. I’ll try to post a legs photo tomorrow
so you can start following leg progress in the coming weeks.

The Finger Man video was something new and unusual.
Most of you responded in a respectful, open-minded way –
we’ve got a great community here, high-quality minds out
there from all over the world and we’re all on this journey
together. Whether you agree with statics or not, I hope it
got you thinking about new approaches to training AND attitude, independence and commitment.
I’ll post Part Two early this week.

i was watching BFTO 2002 the other night, and saw his chest workout. i miss kevin levrone. the real kevin levrone. he was out of bodybuilding before i was even into it. the 90's really did have incredible lineups.

fuck yeah i remember seeing BFTO 1998 for the first time and it was just amazing, 12 weeks out and benching 450 pounds incline easily, he was a beast

I know he used to be one of the best IFBB's and this is Kevin Levrone, but do you all really think this has been done naturally?

Bodybuilding icon Kevin Levrone's appearance on Heavy Muscle Radio this past Monday night, June 29, 2009, comes at the end of the fifth week of an amazing transformation "experiment" that he's taken on. So impressive are Levrone's recent gains in muscle and reductions in bodyfat, Dave Palumbo and I actually accused Kevin, on the air, of taking performance-enhancing drugs in order to realize these superhuman changes. Levrone vehemently denied any such allegation and put it out there, publicly, that he'd be willing to submit to drug testing; any time we wanted. In fact, Kevin requested that he be tested as soon as possible so that no one can accuse him of using fast-acting steroids that would clear his system before we got a change to check him out.

Dave and I had no choice but to take Kevin up on his challenge. While Dave is convinced Kevin is using "gear", I hope he's not. I hope he's telling the truth. I think it would be really inspirational to a lot of young people to know that Kevin did this naturally. However, it really doesn't matter to me. Even on a boatload of drugs, the gains Kevin has made in such a short time frame is nothing short of miraculous. I've known a lot of guys who used steroids over the years and I've never seen such an incredible transformation. Kevin is a true freak. But since Levrone did put it out there, we would be remiss as reporters if we didn't follow through with such a bold challenge. We will be speaking with Victor Conte-- a noteworthy resource in the area of performance-enhancing drugs-- regarding a reliable urine test, protocol, and trustworthy lab. We also have a noteworthy physician on hand to ensure that the administered tests and test results are not tampered with in any way whatsoever.

Here are the leg photos from Sunday. Check out three clips
below from today’s leg workout.

The leg strength is starting to happen. Ended my squat workout
with three sets of 275 lbs and hit 405 lbs x 6 on my last set of
hack squats. These numbers are way up from last time. Trained
a little lighter than before on leg extensions and lying down curls.
Shows I spent more energy on mass building squats and didn’t
have as much left for the machines. Fine by me.

RX Muscle challenged me to take a steroid test yesterday
in a radio interview with Dave Palumbo and John Romano.
I agreed to take any test, as long as it was credible, both
now and at the end of the eight weeks. Sooner the better.
They’ll be putting something together hopefully in the next
week. Whatever goes down, you guys will be first to know –
I’ll be posting details of the whole experience, right here.

After you check out the leg clips and full program from today,
listen to the interview and check out the Levrone Agrees To
Steroid Test! announcement on rxmuscle.com. They’re skeptical,
but both Dave and John said if I test clean it will be good
for the sport of bodybuilding. I guess that’s good news for
bodybuilding, because I’m definitely clean.

Muscle memory, and genetics....not really a surprise from where I'm sitting. Whether he puts anabolics into the mix is irrelevant at this point. His genetics are what separates him from 99% of the population that religiously go to the gym.

Good luck to him and whatever he's trying to accomplish.
