Deadlifting scared the shit out of me. I got the 9th rep up, I was pulling hard and straight up, but somehow I got massively over balanced backwards. I had to dump the weight... on my leg. Its fine now, but it scared the shit out of me, and fucked my mojo for the rest of the session. I honestly reckon I was good for 11reps
Eh, actually there aren't any marks. It hurt like a bitch at the time, maybe that was just my body trying to distract me from the fact that I shit myself.
Pretty happy with the MP's, had a little bit of leg drive on the last one, but it doesn't bother me.
Assistance work felt a bit off today, but I'm gonna be trying to increase the volume over the next couple weeks I've also decided to do both pullups and DB rows on MP and Bench day, except alternating between pullups first or DB rows first. I need a lot of work on my upper back.

good idea with the double the back work option as well though. I think you should take my root and prioritise chins before any other back work though. Make sure your as fresh as possible so you can get your reps up. xoxooxoxox great session
