Yeah actually, it does feel like its in my adductor, around where it attaches to the knee. I felt it when I was doing smolov mostly, otherwise it was fine until now.

Step ups help with it?

I think I really need to look at how I warm up for squats and deads, I don't think the couple minutes on the bike is enough lol

Yeh just strengthens that area a little more, uses a different ROM so that you actively train it and move it while it is slightly stretched (much like a lunge), plus gets you on one leg for a change.

If you are only doing the bike warmup you might be able to do something a bit better. Add some dynamic lunges (front, back and side), leg swings, GM's, etc that are stretch and movement based.

My projections are fucked at the moment because of my leg, but:
Squat - 178kg
Bench - 108kg
Deadlift - 195kg
MP - 76kg

Deadlift should be up past 200kg :(

Nice progress man.Hopefully your leg gets better ,then 200kg comes reality in squats and deads:thumbsup2:

Thanks man :D I want to be deadlifting 225kg by the end of the year and squatting over 200kg :) Both pretty achievable I reckon! I might even get them early if my leg holds up heh

Yeah, I think its mostly just teh lack of proper sleeping patterns due to uni. I'll just have to put a bit more effort into getting them solid.
