Todays training felt like a walk in the park. I bottomed out every single rep, and no tightness in the lower back, no major quad fatigue. I was pretty sore going in, but it didn't seem to hinder me too much once I got warmed up.
Miami^ not everyone has a 75inch waist to support their heavy squats so give kurt a break. BTW i dont think he has started using one yet... have you kurt?

That was it. Squats were pretty hard, but do-able. My bench is probably my weakest exercise, so it is definately something I need to work on over the Smolov program time, and concentrate on afterwards.
Tried a longer warmup today, made everything feel a lot better. Yesterday the weight felt heavier than it should have, and my lower back burned out way to early.
