got some tuna, mixed veggie in steam bag, soup

also

that 64oz of light egg nog i had at work (drank it all, chugged it)
16servings, 140 cals per serving = 2,240 cals.

300 cals per serving 2 servings, 19grams of protein per serving.

If your avatar picture of you is actually you, you have a reasonable size. In short, you do not consume enough protein. Im only going by what i see, you have not given a complete calorie , protein etc etc breakdown

yea, but i fear that my metabolism is kicking in at a late stage
my older bro whos 25, is about 5'10 and 127 or or lbs, and i m still maintaining my own size, when up to high school i use to gain fat easy... dunno whats going on

yea im gonna try that, gonna eat some brown rice and oatmeal
then go to mc donalds in a bit.

Had a A1 thick and hearty and regular burger at whataburger meal etc
some Simple harvest oatmeal, a glass of whole milk.

cycle went well, i did have some minor anger issues
did notice more pumps, and veins got bigger and more
mostly on my legs, arms, chest veins etc.
i did gain around 6+lbs. right now pct is going alright, going to lower it now to 80mg.

right now im drinking egg nog (non fat free/light) 16 servings 210cals per serving, 6grams protein per serving , 3,360calories total. then some oatmeal, and bag of steamed veggies.
