thanks serb.....yeah it's a lot of weight but obviously i don't just do it stationary.....i do a little bounce w/ my knees when the weight is at the bottom to keep it moving cuz obviously that would pull me right over something i learned from my training partners Shutupnsquat & Flex

Don't know what to tell you about the flat BB bench, that's odd. I would just trod through it like you are :49: Just be careful and really concentrate on keeping good form so you don't aggravate it further.

Those bent rows are fantastic even with the bounce! You won't see many people coming close no matter what their form is. And like you said, you can't really be expected to do them stationary at that weight.

yes yes joseph is a great lifting partner, thanks again Tweak
Thanks buddy. Killer back workout and nice personal best.

Give the flat dumbells a try bro. Maybe start your workout with bb incline and move on to flat dumbells. Hope they don't aggrivate as much. That's strange that you would feel it on flat bench and not on the incline when it's a combination of shoulder/chest.

Training is going well. I just got back on schedule with my training partner. It's tough because both of us prefer different things. He also trains around noon sometimes which is too damn early.

thanx rock, yes sir my arms altogether are just a strong point, the last time i measured them (which was actually at school w/ flex) was about 2 months ago...they were about a cm off of 19 inches not pumped (if i remember correctly, we'll have to double check w/ flex) :hsughr::hsughr:
