thanx tunen, yeah i know i need sum calves.......315 x 6-7 means that i did 6 reps by myself and got help on the 7th one......not a stupid question at all btw brother :xyxthumbs:

haha yeah i do remember u saying that......idk about that one though becuz D got a big thick chest :e5dunno:.......i guess i really wouldn't say that my chest is small, i just think that my shoulders and arms overpower it and make it look smaller than it really is (guess that sounds a little better).......thanx big joe I appreciate it :2:

in the pictures your chest does look smaller, but im sure its just because your arms and shoulders are so big!
nice workout too, im sure if you keep working on it your chest will catch up and you will just be a beast all around :xyxthumbs:

Overall an awesome back workout....wish i could have done sum t-bar rows but that just kills the middle of my back......still felt great afterwards and got a couple more pics taken w/ a friends camera :xyxthumbs:
