PS: believe it or not i finally got my bulking pictures taken....sorry it took so long :jerkoff1:.....just waiting for my cousin's girlfriend to email them to me from her camera....... haven't even checked them out myself we just took them as fast as possible cuz the battery was dying.....so i'm pretty excited :hyperguy::hyperguy:

Incredible military presses. Interesting how you got 5-7 with 265 and got the same amount with the 90 pound dumbells. You've always had an easier time with barbells rather than dumbells.

Looking foward to your new pictures. Also, we both know all that protein is unnecessary. Too much could raise cortisol, we don't want that.

Leg day baby

(decided i'm tired of pussying around so i figured i'd squat, my hip felt pretty good at first, but after squats i really wish i wouldn't have went as heavy.....oh well live and learn also hit a PB.....here it is)

haha thanx brother, i'm starting 2 feel like my tri's r dominating my bi's, but then again i guess triceps are the bigger part of ur arm duhhh.......i'm still struggling w/ some poses man, especially my front lat spread, just crappy......as far as my side tri, i just can't get that one down, i think it's an easy easy pose idk whats wrong w/ me

Front Double Bi - Are you flexing your lats? Doesn't look like it.
Back Double Bi - Appears your arms arn't far back enough
Front Lat Spread - I think you're leaning back a bit too far.

See if others agree with me.

I agree with you on the side chest, looks much better. I don't notice any improvements in the legs, but that's probably because of bad lighting. These pictures don't do your legs justice in my opinion.

thanx brother, posing is defiantly not my strong point :weaksuace:.....no i am actually not flexing my lats in the front double bi-guess i forgot :jerkoff1:.......... and my front lat spread is just crap, i don't think i'm leaning back too far but i had the picture taken at a lower angle becuz of the shadow.....thanx big joe always appreciate sum help :tiphat::xyxthumbs:

I agre with Flex's posing points, but even then it doesn't hide the fact you've got some great size there! So refining the poses will make it ever more impressive.
