hahaha nothing wrong with stretch marks i got the same looking ones as u do right at the same spot. Heavy weight and nice reps as always in ur workout and great pics as well man.

Unreal. Basically a 300lb lat pulldown and just under 500lb rows is phenomenal - and it damn well shows in your back!

amazing back session buddy, and the pics are looking awesome too, fucking huge arms, and that back is thick as hell, can see those 495lbs barbell rows paying off:D

rocky: thanks brother still trying to get my back bigger and bigger:tiphat:, idk what the heck got into me yesterday but i felt totally awesome on my back workout, i defiantly did not expect to go up that high on either rows or reverse grip lat pulldowns........:hsughr:

thanks dobbs i appreciate u stopping by my log :xyxthumbs:.......for the reverse grip benching i use a wide grip and my elbows are tucked in so that my arms are rubbing against the side of my body......i really feel it in my triceps especially in the back :coolguy:

just trying to catch up to the PB master himself.....:angrydude:....hahha.....idk what the hell was going on w/ me and close grips brother every set was just going real well, so i just kept adding weight and adding weight.....i couldn't believe it myself :dunnodude::hsughr:

(went earlier than usual 11:00 am......doesn't sound too early but i'm used to going around 4:30pm and getting more meals in me.......turned out to be a great day.....the day started off awesome when i got to the gym and stepped on the scale and hit 236.3lbs which is my PB for bodyweight, extremely happy w/ this :hsughr::hsughr::hsughr:)

It's about time you increase those shrugging lifts. I know you can handle it.

Behind the neck for the same amount of reps as regular presses? incredible. Looks like a great session.

yeah i've been slacking w/ weight on the shrugs......last nite i went through my training log book and started making goals for each workout so i make sure to get the most out of each and every workout......so far so good.....yeah i was pretty dam suprised about the behind the neck presses, but obviously the smith machine helps out a lot.......
