hahaha nothing wrong with stretch marks i got the same looking ones as u do right at the same spot. Heavy weight and nice reps as always in ur workout and great pics as well man.

, idk what the heck got into me yesterday but i felt totally awesome on my back workout, i defiantly did not expect to go up that high on either rows or reverse grip lat pulldowns........

You always want me to show my numbers in your own log. This is turning into a combination of Turk & Flex's log.Flex: as always brother thanx can't wait to get back to training w/ u and D......how have ur back workouts been going???? i'd like to know what weight u have been playing w/![]()

Anyways-
Lat Pulldowns: 300 x 8
Barbell Rows: 475 x 6
Corner T-Bars: 8 plates x 6
My best numbers as of late.
geeeet moneyyyyVery impressed, thats some massive tri session, close grip is unbeleivable. Just curious with reverse grip benching what grip do u use? Like hand spread, elbows in or out, ect. Lookin strong bro, keep up the good work

Flex - damn fine numbers buddy!
Turk - Christ you took a note from my book and re-wrote it into an epic novel with those CG's! Huge weight to start with but to increase by so much in PB territory is phenomenal.

, except i didn't cry like that)

It's about time you increase those shrugging lifts. I know you can handle it.
Behind the neck for the same amount of reps as regular presses? incredible. Looks like a great session.
