usually shoulders and lats but I haven't done arms yet this week and I leave later today out of the state, plus I already trained lats earlier this week.

Seated Db Shoulder Press - started light just cause I suppose, kinda slipped my mind to even increase the weight

trained Chest and Lats yesterday, but wont bother to put it as it was yesterday.

Here's how today went though...


Tris and Bis with a little calves and traps. Tris and Bis weren't at 100% due to yesterday being the first time I trained in over a week so I didn't recover as fast as usual so I cut down the sets a bit, still felt good though.

Awesome rev grip bench there, i would try that out with my one handed db flat press, hmm... heavy sets too man, keep it up.

well as I said before I thought I had one more with the 245 bringing that to 245x5, so 255x3 is a small step forward, but certainly not 10lbs. However, as long as I'm advancing physically or with strength I certainly don't have a problem.
