but Power and strength wise the chains and resistance bands are very popular.

* Wednesday: biceps, forearms, calves, hamstrings, quads
* Friday: repeat of Mondays body parts
* Monday: repeat of Wednesdays' body parts

dogg crapp training is poop, thats what it is. For pulling movements I really like it, but for pressing movement its absolute poop.

That's great bro, It looks like you're getting stronger. From looking at those number, your 1-rep max would be about 315lbs.

guess who got the bar stuck on his chest today!? lol.

I was shooting for 12 reps, and I got 11 1/2, realized I wasn't goin to get it all the way up and slowly lowered it onto my chest, raised my head up and calmy said to this guy "hey can I get some help?" lol.

lulz.

hahah classic. Atleast you played it off well. I saw this guy in the gym the other day that dropped it on his chest. Let it sit there, he was huffing and puffing with a face as red as a stop sign. And then he tried to press it. It went up about an inch and then fell on his chest again. He looked so defeated I felt pretty bad.

DUDE LOL people do that today this douche got a bar stuck on his chest I stood next to him to get the bar off if he asked so 3 minutes later ima dude lemme get this off you he gives me a low Thanks, I was lulzerific in my head. :bowroflarms:
