Cracking work on the Deads Tweak, you're a real powerhouse for sure. Those Power Shrugs are gigantic bro.

I wouldn't be particularly pissed off with those benching numbers mate. I know it's a bit weird when you can DB Press 90's (A bit like Rocky and his squat/lunges). Remember mate, no one is going to judge your phyisque by your numbers, only by it's size, symmetry etc. If you found it difficult, don't worry. It's still working for you and can look back and improve on your numbers for bench.

I think Pitball is right about the Achillies Heel thing. My front squats suck big time, but I know they'll improve. You're a hardcore animal Tweak. Next time I wanna see 200 for reps you beast of a man.

Awesome session, bro!! You should get some strpas for your max. dead attemp!! Your bench is not a shit dude, high weight there, trust me... I can also move more weight on incline than on bench...

that dead isnt my max believe me, I can handle that weight 5-6 times if I had straps, you want a max and I'll give you 405lbs muahahaha!!!!

I already have straps, but I didnt want to use them on deads yesterday, I like training my grip and strengthening it as well. I actually just ordered some more since my other straps tore :tear:

I have legs tonight guys, stay tuned, I'm dedicating this leg session to Q just to let you guys know already, it will be a mighty session.

alright, I did legs tonight, and it was intense let me tell you. Even with a sore lower back I pulled off one of the most intense leg workouts I've ever done.

Set 1

Front Squat - 225x8 supersetted w/
Leg Press - 290x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 90x12

Set 2

Front Squat - 245x8 supersetted w/
Leg Press - 340x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 200x12

Set 3

Front Squat - 255x4 (I was so fried by now) supersetted w/
Leg Press - 390x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 250x12 supersetted w/
Walking Db Lunges - 30x10 (10 per leg, 20 strides total)

Set 4

Back Squat - 135x20 supersetted w/
Leg Press - 440x10 supersetted w/
Hack Squat - 270x8 supersetted w/
Walking Db Lunges - 40x9 (9 per leg, 18 strides total, complete failure)

Talk about intense, holy shit did that hurt like hell, I loved it!! :D

Then I did some Lying Leg Curl and Standing Calve Raises supersetted with each other

Lying Leg Curl
110x12
130x12
150x10

all three sets supersetted w/ Standing Calve Raises:
100x10
150x10
200x10

Post workout meal was a shake full of strawberries and blueberries, skim milk, muscle milk and glutamine...tasted so good.

damn tweak u got a freakin hardcore session today, big weights and supersetting them, damn man u are brutal, u will be sore buddy. damn still can't believe how hardcore that is! keep it up!

you weren't shitting us when you said it'd be mighty...thats session was the shit! circut training is nothing short of brutal and you kicked ass all over the gym. very very respectable session.

Nice back session Tweakster. Those weighted dips are awesome. Were those chinups wide grip? If so, that is awesome to get those numbers w/ that added weight. I'm proud of you tweak.
