thanks Ben, yea man form gotta be perfect you know it. My form on DB Shoulder Press wasnt as great but only because I had to focus more on keeping my butt from sliding then lifting the actual weight so it could have been better, believe me it usually is and I go lower than that b/s form.
I'm back everybody!!! I'm not going to bother posting my last two weeks in the gym however, but since this is my week off I'll probably post my best lifts and some measurements, but not for a few minutes or later on tonight.
