thanks everybody for the fine words of encouragement! This is day 2 of doing nothing, damn its kinda driving my nutts. I cant wait until Monday comes so I can hit the gym hard muahahaa

I still gotta set up all the movements I'll be doing, maybe I'll do that tonight and then give you guys a detailed post, maybe not :spy:

Hey tweaky i just got a view on ur bulking program .. man that's a lot of good food and yummy as well .. good luck brother .. i'm sure once u stick with these things ur gonna be more better than now .. i wish u all the best my man .. and hit those weights hard :) .. and lmao at ur butt getting bigger :) .. funny as hell buddy :)

I'll be focusing on Arms and Chest

My sessions will be kinda long, 90 minutes (doing this on purpose)

Each week I'll be switching Back for Width and Back for Thickness

Will be doing Chinups 2-3 times a week

Will also be doing 2 sets of forearms at the end of all sessions except Legs


Here we go

Monday: Legs/Calves
Tuesday: Chest/Arms
Wednesday: Back/Abs
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Arms/Shoulders/Calves
Saturday: Flat Bench/Incline Bench/Power Shrugs/Neck/Abs

This is a lot of work I know, but thats what I want.

I do want some advice or criticism out of you guys though so feel free to give me some.

Before hand though I know I'm hitting Chest after doing shoulders the previous day, reason is, my shoulders never get sore, so this wont be a problem

I'll post my diet plans in a little bit as well

Looks good bro, good luck in joining the land of the large loool. keep us posted on your body weight increases.

hey man it looks long but good :)
only thing is i wouldnt worry about the forearm work, as long as you're deadlifting heavy then to me thats all you need (maybe a few sets at end but not everyday)
as my forearms are always sore after deads and usually are for a few days ::)}
just a thought - good luck with it tho mate

hey tweak i like how strict the bulk is looking. I could never bother that much in offseason. Your dedicated man. Can't wait to see this log in 12 weeks when ur hitting your legs twice a week. That will be the best.

I want my forearms to grow, and my forearms are never sore from Deadlifting. Plus I'll only be deadlifting every other week. Its only going to be 2 sets 4 times a week, my philosophy is if my forearms grow, my entire arms will grow. I'd love to have 15" forearms man, that would be awesome, If I can put a good inch or two on them in this 6-7 months bulking I'll be extremely happy.

Thanks pickle, you know I gotta stay dedicated baby. To me its not that strict really, I already eat all those foods, and I'll be eating other foods too but those are just my nutritional requirements. So I'm not afraid to eat ice cream or pizza or cookies, I just wont do it all the time.

New routine looks nice Tweaky and if you're gonna start bulking I shudder to think the progress you're gonna make on top of what you've already achieved!!!

Day 1 of my bulk and first day back from my week off

I've deloaded on Squats a bit, but only to focus on form and go deeper than I previously was. Plus today was the first day since January where I havent had the little stool under me to mark parallel. I'm weining myself off it.

Squats are definetely a shit load harder when you go deeper and do them the way they were intended!!!

Squats:
45x10 (warmup)
135x10 (warmup)
30-40 Alternating Leg Extensions (warmup them knees boys)
225x10 (slight warmup)
315x5 (HOLY CRAP ONLY 5! lol...thats going deep and the way your suppose to! felt so great)
275x8
245x8

Hack Squat
200x10
290x10
340x10
360x10

^^ going deeper on Squat affected my hack squat slightly, but thats quite alright

Stiff Leg Deadlift (light week)
135x10

^^^ alternating each week between light weight and heavy weight, dont worry you'll see some big weight next week I promise

Walking Db Lunges
30x20 strides (10 reps each leg)
40x20 strides (10 reps each leg)
50x20 strides (10 reps each leg)

Lying Leg Curl

150x10

Standing Calve Machine (only got 3 sets dammit :tear:)

150x10 (toes in)
150x10 (toes out)
150x10 (toes parallel to each other)

Post Workout Meal:

4oz Chicken
1/2 cup oats
Fruit Smoothie: 1 cup Blueberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 raspberries, 14oz Skim Milk, add some ice and yummers

Total Carbs: 88g
Total Protein: 42g
and full of antioxidants!! :D

Nicely done bro! Good weight on squats and it's awesome to hear you're working on your form just as much as you are at increasing your weights (I still need to try hacks btw). Good job not neglecting the hammies either...but don't forget your seated calf raises as well. You don't want your calves to end up like mine! LOL

That leg session was pretty good. Your squats are still pretty good, but I thought you wanted to stay parrelel just because you didnt want to put more mass around your ass. haha that ryhmed. anyway, looking pretty good. That smoothie sounds delicious. I should start making those when im off my diet, I will then get huge.
