Wow, on the close grip incline. Not too many people do them. Kickin ass. like the big breakfast as well.

Nice session tweak. Those pullups are impressive. Tape those straight arm pulldowns for me too. I've never seen anyone do these and I'm curious. HOOK A BROTHA UP.

Looking good Tweak, awesome work on the back bro. Cracking effort on the chins, those look really good. I couldn't get near the chinning bar today, some nugget was under it doing bicep curls! Oh well, next time!

Holy crap Tweak, 12 movements!! Are you sure that's enough!! LOL!!

Sweet work on those caps mate, straight into dropsets, no messing. Quality reps and weights and way to go on those Preachers mate. Supersized pump for sure. Not leaving those calves out of the limelight either, those numbers look huge. Nice work buddy, keep it coming.

awesome job tweak. u got a great session in. those presses are big and impressive man. and damn i bet those drop sets were burning good. u got excellent numbers buddy. those tweak presses are cool man, it's like half fly half press.
