Thanks for the support guys! I am currently about 194-195 and getting leaner! Still havent flirted with cardio much. My calories are pretty consistent 2800-3000 with the occasional re-feed bringing in about 350 grams of carbs. I am feeling great about this cut. Here is an ab shot from today
They are very close actually. Much better already then they looked at the show last year. I am hoping that incorporating the cardio this last 3 weeks will do the trick!
Time for another update. I want to appologize for being so quiet on the boards lately. I am starting my own business, fitness modeling and getting ready for this show and I find myself working 10 hour days and still needing to workout and cook so free time has been limited to say the least. These pics are about 3 weeks out. Flat because my carbs are quite low (trying to take off that arse fat) but I think my conditioning is coming in alright. About 194 in these pics.
Thanks a lot for the feed back guys. It is hard not to stack too much on my plate when I get ready for a show. Vascularity is good when I have carbs lol
Back for another update! Weight is remaining constant but I feel like I am leaning up a bit. Started hitting cardio every day and have implemented quite a bit of caffeine. I am starting to get weak and hungry. Calories are at 2600 and I'm feeling it! Pics taken cold in the evening. 13 days until contest.
