I really feel like the plasma jet really fills me out well temporarily. I like the warmth and vascularity as well

But long term wise do u beleive it helps? or do you feel that it allows you to feel better in the gym there for performing better and allowing you to improve based on your performance?

I don't believe it is a great product for actually building muscle. It is a very fun supplement though and I would use it all the time if it were free! Not to mention the stuff is very similar to Viagra.

Looking good. getting more tan lol the lighting sucks because the flash flattened out the shadows lol.

Funny we talked a bit about plasma jet abit, a buddy of mine randomly offered me almost a full pack for 20 bucks today lol he tried it but said it was too much for him hehe.

Hey creator, i dont mean to steer this off topic but i tried plasma jet during legs yesterday and i didnt feel any noticeable pump. i took it 1 hr before training, some people say they take it many hours before training eve though on the box it says 30-60 minutes prior to training. when do u recommend i take it? i will be training shoulders tomorrow and i weant to try the supp again.

well I took 2nd in my class of 7. Weighed in 10lbs heavier than I did just 5 months ago at my last show! Really came here wanting the overall. I really feel like I should have won my class but the heavy weight, who ended up taking the overall was an absolute monster and I would not have been able to take him. As always, thanks so much for all the support guys. I just realized this year marks 4 years of mecca for me and I am grateful for this community. This show qualified me for nationals so in about a year I plan on stepping on that national stage and tearing it up.

Congrats on you're placing. How did u feel about your conditioning when compared to 5 months ago? Im really looking forward to the pics! you have a really good physique. It must feel great to qualify for national competition!
