Kind of had a lackluster week coming off a sickness and also my first full week of school combined with being transferred at work. This week I start my Havoc+Bold cycle so I will be starting a seperate cycle log just for that

they have been there. I just havent been posting them all up. Last week was kind of fudged, first I was sick then it was my 21st bday so I was busy as hell. Started Havoc+Bold on Monday though so now I'm focused as hell for the next 10 weeks of this cycle

You ISO lifts are really strong. Some of the other lifts really stand out too. Strong tris and bis.

Legs last night (Hadn't done them in a few weeks so they got killed pretty easily)

10 minutes on this weird bike machine that was like a video game at the same time that KILLED my legs

I tried putting up 225 but it wasn't happening
